In order to develop both facets of speed, an athlete needs a proper program that consists of:

  • Flexibility and Mobility
  • Strength (specifically the posterior chain)
  • Explosive Power
  • Active Recovery

Each facet is developed at Strength and Performance to reach towards the athlete’s peak physical abilities
