- Strength (specifically the posterior chain)
- Explosive Power
- Active Recovery
Each facet is developed at Strength and Performance to reach towards the athlete’s peak physical abilities
through our innovative and proven methods.
Our trainers are even experienced in speed methods used for NFL combine preparation
(as trainer John Frieser competed in the combine).
